Device Simulation Resources
Material properties and model parameters are crucial for semiconductor device engineering and TCAD device simulation. The goal of this website is to provide an overview of the corresponding physics, the literature references, the equations, and the measurement methods in a compact way and to allow own calculations with simple scripts.
This store allows you to download scripts and summaries of models for material properties. The VBA-scripts are embedded in excel workbooks and calculate the material properties. Comparision with experimental data from literature is given too. In addition PDF-files are offered that contain summaries of these material properties.

Please note the inclusion of excel-VBA-macros might require to unblock the macros because of the security system of most Windows based devices. This can be done in the file property section of the downloaded excel book.
